Auto-Save Email Attachments to Customer Files
I’d like to suggest a feature where all email attachments automatically save into the corresponding customer file in JobNimbus. Attachments could be sorted by type:
Images (JPG, PNG, etc.) → saved under the Photos/Images section
Documents (PDF, DOCX, XLSX, etc.) → saved under the Documents section
Why This Matters
Right now, saving attachments is a manual process and can be time-consuming. With AccuLynx, this feature was built-in and it saved us countless hours because everything was automatically organized and stored in the right place. Bringing this functionality into JobNimbus would save time for sales, production, and admin teams. It would also prevent lost or misplaced files, improve record-keeping, and reduce human error.
