  1. Hit Return when searching opens the result

    How do I return to the previous format. Do not like the new format.

    In particular - when using the search bar, it requires using the mouse instead of being able to hit "return"

    Hello!

    We fixed the “Enter” issue with searching. When you search and press enter, it will not clear the search results. You can then use the arrow keys to highlight the appropriate search result and click “Enter” again to open that result.

  2. Display Phone Number In Search

    Loving the new site navigation display. It would be really nice to display customer telephone numbers in the search. Often times that's all we have to go on to search for a customer and we cannot use that search function in the new site navigation. Thanks!

    Thank you for the feedback about search results. We have made changes so that phone numbers, addresses, and email are displayed on search results. If you don’t see this yet, please try reloading the page or clearing you cache.

  3. Truncate Search Results to Always Show Job/Contact Number

    Depending on the length of the name of a specific job, the new navigation search bar will not display the job number like the old search bar used to do.

  5. I am liking the new changes, however, the older version showed the JOB # in the search results...

    I am liking the new changes, however, the older version showed the JOB # in the search results... It is very important to see the Job #'s in the search results as we have many multiple jobs all with same address and by displaying the Job # would allow differentiation and much easier navigation to the Job needed :-)

  6. Search bar - open to new tab

    I am liking the new navigation bar. One feature I used every day was being able to open the searched job onto a new tab by clicking the scroll wheel button.

    This was great when I was working on a job and someone asked me questions about a new job, I could open the searched job in a new tab and the close that tab when complete. Maybe we can get this feature added back in.

    We made some changes last week that allow you to right click and “Open in New Tab” on pretty much anything on the new navigation. Love to hear that you’re enjoying the new navigation.
