Finacial tracking and reporting
• We need a working job worksheet where the estimate feeds directly into the total job value. This worksheet should be fully editable so we can adjust in real time for supplements, change orders, and scope reductions.
• The current financial fields aren’t useful for day-to-day operations. We need visibility into real-time job value and performance, not just planned numbers.
• Entering job costs is too restrictive. This needs to be more flexible and user-friendly so we can accurately track actual costs as they evolve.
• There should be a clear Income / Expense (I/E) view accessible directly from the board. When clicking into a job, we should immediately see:
o Total job value
o Amount collected
o Remaining balance
• This financial data should also be searchable and reportable so we can quickly filter and analyze jobs.
These updates would significantly improve visibility, accuracy, and decision-making across operations.
