Activity Feed Default to 100
I would like the activity feed on each contact/job to default to 100.

Status change stamps
I would like the job to be "stamped" with a date when the status was changed so that it would be easy to see how long the job was in each status. Also be able to pull a report and see the breakdown or average on how long a job is in each status.

Have user set preference for drop down menu on activity page instead of having it default to User Activity every time.

Clickable hyperlink in Notes
When copying and pasting a hyperlink as a Note, it almost never works when you have more text before or after the link. The system detects the beginning and end of the hyperlink incorrectly and forces you to manually copy and paste it in order to open it.

Show Tasks in Contact/Job Activity Log
When creating a task and attaching a Customer(Contact), It should show in that Customer's(Contact's) Activity Log when clicking on the customer. Currently we create tasks and they only update in the Task section and Calendar. We use the Contact Activity Log for all updates regarding that Contact. I would love to be able to click on a Contact, and see everything that pertains to that Customer, including whether a task has been created and assigned to them.

Option to re-send @mention notifications after editing previously sent @mentions
When we create a note and add a person as @person for example; Nimbus sends out an email. However, if we change or edit even one space in the original note, Nimbus sends out another and another each time etc. Can there be a setting to just send the Note ONCE please. Thanks.

templates for specific types of notes
I would love if there could be an option for different templates on notes. For example, if one were sending a text message and wanted to make a note of it - could the text message be sent from Job Nimbus? Similar to when an email is sent thru the +Add Note and different templates can be selected.

Having issues with certain job file....SHREVE
On this particular file there are 1,805 notes......which is waaaay more than usual. Upon inspection I noticed that most of the notes are from other job files.
Can you please rectify this? I am having a hard time scrolling for so long to find old information.

In this particular case, you have several Related Contacts on this contact #2497, and on the Activity feed you have the “Related” checkbox checked. If you uncheck that checkbox on your Activity feed for the contact, you’ll only see the activity for contact #2497 instead of it showing the activity of the related contacts, too.
