templates for specific types of notes
I would love if there could be an option for different templates on notes. For example, if one were sending a text message and wanted to make a note of it - could the text message be sent from Job Nimbus? Similar to when an email is sent thru the +Add Note and different templates can be selected.

That definitely was news, thank you! I wasn't aware of the integration. I think that would answer my question, although it's unfortunate that it's a paid option and not something we could do ourselves.
I've noticed that some types of notes are almost exactly the same and get a bit repetitive. So, the idea stemmed more from the pre-set templates though: just as we can select a pre-made template and send an email or document, it would be helpful to have pre-made templates for a note or text.
For example, if I selected "Welcome Note" as a note type - it might autopopulate a sentence or two.
