Stretch Job Column
Please stretch the job fields column to fit the longest job field name when clicking into the edit of a job. This already happens on the job, but not in the edit of the job. The column is very condensed and job field names are made into multiple lines in the edit section making it difficult to find the field we're looking for. This should be a simple fix.

Can you add a note section above the job number where we can put special instructions like:
We are supplying materials
Lockbox code
Need to bring extra ladder

Remove Start / End Date from Job
We don't like the Start/Due Date and End Date fields on the Job creation page. Can we remove these or have the option to disable them so they don't appear?

Bug: Job Details page with "Related Contacts" on the right has the phone number cut off regardless of what size the window is using Safari browser.

Share Job Status with Customer
I would like to have a link that I can send to customers so that they can click it to view the status of the job and have a limited view of the job itself.

In Zapier actions should have Create a job
We are trying to automate the creation of contacts from a contact form on our site, and for our business process we are working with only with jobs.
With zapier we are creating the new contact but at the same time we want to create a job with Lead status and in the zapier actions there is no option to create a job, as well as within the jobnimbus automation there is no option to create a job .1 voteThis has been an infrequent ask, so with current priorities, it will not be added at this time, but will be considered if additional requests are made.

The lead source field should be a short text field with pre populated information
We have more than 50 lead sources, and having to scroll down through all of them has made me and my co-workers don't take this field into account when creating a job because we need this for our reports. Please help us organize this better by just allowing us to type the first letters of the source and then selecting it from a dropdown list of pre-saved options.

Do not let information (Docs/Invoices) from Jobs flow into the contact.
It is very confusing when a there are multiple jobs under one contact and all the activities, invoices, and documents flow into the contacts, activity, and documents.

In JOB: Work Order tab to create report, to add custom columns, to have ALL Main Tabs as shortcut within the WO
In Work Order tab:
To customize the columns (trying to keep the same start date, which is the only one showing, but using the end date to reflect the progress (using the status changes, e. g. Start status: 7/1, In-Progress status: 7/3, Completed status: 7/5) therefore we can use the Start & End dates to create Gantt chart.
To have the feature to download the work orders as csv. file to have a custom report per Contact or Job.
Once editing and saving a WO, the page will go to the section within the WO itself, there is no way…

3rd tier of Customer/jobs
We Do work for several builders that have PM's. We need to have a 3rd tier of jobs: Customer>Job (PM name)>Job Quickbooks supports this however JN does not. This makes it impossible for us to use JN for some builders because of this. We need the 3rd tier for sending invoices to the PM related to the job.

Create New Job under existing Customer via Email
Similar to how you can send an email to JobNimbus today to add things to an a job. I would like to be able to include in my subject line something like [Customer#1234,Job#NEW] and a new job be create under that customer. I would need to have a created field template or required sync edit to make sure all my required or unique fields are populated but it would save time when I am getting estimates request or repeat work from the same customer.

"Related contact" vs "add contact" in jobs
Ability to add a "related contact" to a job without having to "edit" the job instead of "add contact" (which doesn't even attach to the job) that is currently an option under the 3 dots in jobs.

Add One Click Button Options So Jobs Can Be Moved Through The "WorkFlow" Easier
Please make it to where installers out in the field can CHANGE status of a job by a one click button option. Currently if a job is scheduled and they go and finish that job there is no way of admin knowing the job is complete without them @Admin in the notes section and physically typing "Job is complete" than the admin has to Manually drag the job from "Scheduled" tab to "Complate" tab. HUGE problem for us because a job thats complete might stay in the "scheduled" tag for weeks before someone relizes that jobs been done and has…

Also viewing
It would be helpful if there were a "UserName is also viewing this" notification if you open a job or try to edit an invoice/work order/estimate that another team member is using. We have had situations where edits were lost or communication crossed when two people were in a file at the same time. I do appreciate that multiple people can use a job at the same time, but a shared user notification would eliminate some issues.

Ability to Change Job Status in the List
In the list under "jobs", I would like to be able to change the status directly in the list instead of clicking on the 3 dots to change the status.

Navigation within a Job
When I open a Job that contains Tasks and Subtasks, it would be very useful if there was a back arrow or a hyperlink path that you can click on to navigate up one or more levels.
