  1. Create "Work Order" Automations

    Automate "Work Order" Creations. For Ex: When the "Status" is moved to a specific department / Status, a work order is automatically created. We currently have to manually create thousands of work orders a year for every department to view on their work flow boards. If you can currently automate creating tasks when the job status is moved, why can you not create a work order the same way? The work order specifics will be set up like the task specifics when setting the "action". For Ex: *Design template *Saved work order *Work order Type *Assigned to.

  2. Be able to call all Contacts directly from the job (not just the primary contact) from the app

    Currently, WHILE USING THE APP when there is more than one contact attached to a job you can only call the primary contact directly from that job (not the secondary contact). There is a work around which would be to go into "Details" and click on the secondary contact and call from there. However, the problem is that then the notes from that phone call store under the contact and not the job (we are aware to relate the contacts and then when in the job click the “related” button and from there all notes from any attached/related contacts or…

  3. Create "trades", under jobs, that are able to be tracked in a Gantt chart.

    Things right now are split between contacts and jobs. If you added a "trades" section that ties into the parent job, that ties into the parent contact, that would be ideal. A person calls, we add them as a client. We create a job to provide an estimate for what the client is looking for, and for the sales team to see where that lead goes. At some point the estimate is approved and "trades" are created. If the estimate was for roofing, siding, windows, and gutters then four trades are created for the production team to follow.   4. Change names for signing documents

    Having the ability to change the name on agreements/documents that require a signature without having to go and change the primary contact. This would save so much time when dealing with PM or CM companies that require owner signature but have the PM as the main point of contact. Especially after creating the document, if we didn't remember to change it before creating the document we have to create another of which we aren't even able to duplicate which is a whole sperate issue, wasting so much time for such an easy fix.

  5. Limit access on work orders to change status but not edit or create.

    We really need our subcontractors inside of jobnumbus to have access to change the status of a work order to complete, but for obvious reasons they need to not be able to edit or create work orders.

  6. Allow Signature page not attached to an estimate

    Sometimes estimates are sent before you have earned the job, when that happens the estimate is signed reflecting the dollar amount, but you have not had the conversation yet about the smaller details like colors. I would like a way to send over those selections for signature. Kind of a "order confirmation" page where they are signing off on product, color, ventilation, etc.

  7. Change job name default

    Add the option to change the default job name from the address in jobs v2. This is preventing them from showing in the search bar when searching the contact name.

  8. Automating the quoting experience from signing a SumoQuote...to generating a material order...and work order with the click of a button

    We came over from Rooflink and were able to completely customize and automate the process from signed contract, to measurement report, material order and work order. All with a couple clicks. Of course we needed to confirm quantities and make some adjustments but the process was simple and repeatable for all reps. So easy that a new hire could complete it with little training. The current process is not well thought out with Job Nimbus. Since we now link with Suppliers this should be a possibility to create these type of automations.   9. Print a PDF of a signed or blank proposal.

    Need the ability to print a signed or blank proposal. Some older folks want a paper contract to look at or have for records after the work is completed.

  12. Not Require Adding a Phone Number and Email when adding a Contact.

    On JobsV2 I would like to be able to add a contact without having to add a phone number and email. We don't always have that information available when we get a new lead.

  13. Have the option to assign a sales rep to a contact when creating a Job in Jobsv2

    I would like the option to assign a sales rep to both the contact and the job when creating a job in JobsV2. This way the sales rep would be able to see the name of the contact.

    It would be helpful to have an official change order template for when the approved estimate needs adjusting per the client's request or when new discoveries are made to the job that impact the original bid.

  16. Pop-Ups

    There should be an ability to add a forced Pop-Up to Jobs/Customers. For example, if we have a customer who cannot be called before 9:00 AM, then I want to be able to have a pop-up appear whenever that contact or job is added that says "Do Not Call Before 9:00AM". Or if the customer has to pay via check or cash, then I would like to be able to create a pop-up for that account to notify anyone who opens it that that is the case.

  17. Connecting attachments to new jobs from old jobs

    Maybe like a move files option or a dialog box pops up like when you merge a job but you just do the photos? Or work orders or whatever? It would also be handy for when we have warranty jobs because the sales person always wants to look at the original work order and photos to see what we did last time.

  19. job email

    Can we get each job set up with it's own email address? I do a lot of commercial work and I have different project managers for each job. On every new job I email a document, I have to change the person's name and email address on the contact's fields.

  20. Related Contacts view on Job page

    I like the new layout on jobs showing the related contacts on the right. Can we have the Primary contact still highlighted in green. Also, include the status to show if it's active/inactive. It would be cool to also have the icon of the Sales Rep or assignee on it in a little circle icon; similar to how it's laid out on the board cards
