Email responses to quotes should come back into JobNimbus
The current response to emails generated by SumoQuote sends emails back to the sales reps email, as opposed to JobNimbus.
I think it would be better if those emails come back into JobNimbus so that our CRM has the full picture of the relationship and what is happening with the lead/opportunity.

This should have been changed yesterday. I want to keep all communications inside the system. If an estimate is sent out a lot of times the people will reply with questions. Having those questions kept inside there job cards is crucial when reviewing the jobs later on. Having it sent to personal emails of sales reps just leads to unnecessary extra steps and/or information being lost in the shuffle and more potential for upset customers.
