We want to officially support Change Orders soon, but in the meantime most JobNimbus customers are using Work Orders to manage this work.
As for folders, you can vote for that specific feature here: http://jobnimbus.uservoice.com/forums/136212-general/suggestions/6066331-folders-for-attachments
Alternatively, you can use File Types to act as “folders” for your attachments. You can manage your file types by going to Settings > File Types and setting different ones, essentially what would be “Folders”, and then you can use those “folder” names (or file types) to filter your Attachments list based on those “folders”. It actually works pretty well if you have it set up right.

It would be great if the "split" invoice would create sub invoices for each payment due and the AR report would show invoices due and future invoices due in separate columns. We just switched over from invoicing in QB and we have to manually create generic deposit, progress payment, and final invoices. If we use the split it jacks up the AR Report in JN and the AR in QB. Our clients like seeing the payment summary on the split invoices but we just can't use them as is. Partial invoice option would be an improvement as well.

When we have 5 or 6 active projects with a client it gets very confusing for them to find and differentiate the proposals in their email. If we could add the job name to the cover page as well as the email subject and the signature email templates it would help a lot.The tokens available on the SQ estimate email templates are very limited compared to every other template in JN

we need the estimate number to show up on the estimate and preferrably the subject line of the email. Or at least the estimate name
