    This is something that has confused other staff in our organization that are trying to assist customers and tell customers that their balance is paid off when really it's just a specific invoice that is voided. I agree with Dom in the comments that the stamp should be red to clearly differentiate from the green Paid stamp. Another suggestion is adding a cancelled stamp, or using a VOID stamp for those, too.
