An error occurred while saving the comment This is something that has confused other staff in our organization that are trying to assist customers and tell customers that their balance is paid off when really it's just a specific invoice that is voided. I agree with Dom in the comments that the stamp should be red to clearly differentiate from the green Paid stamp. Another suggestion is adding a cancelled stamp, or using a VOID stamp for those, too.
THIS NEW UPDATE SUCKS. Please change back to original layout and use focus group and others to manipulate or introduce it slowly. Or allow for a button to change back to old layout optionally.
The new update affects everything from the top, down. It negatively affects visibility, navigation, how fast and thoroughly we can respond to customers and the fact that it dropped overnight and is such a massive overhaul is unfair to us customers of JobNimbus.
