    You can do this kind of. Basically create a custom contact field for the client screen that has statuses in a drop down menu. On your board change your template cards to reflect the contact field you set up.

    I added a custom contact field to my JN client screen with delivery date. You can create the work around and have it pull for most templates/reports.
