    Great idea! Thank you for your suggestion.

    The “Description” field on Contacts and Jobs is sometimes used as a “permanent note” that always stays at the top, but your idea will be great to have alongside that to make notes more dynamic and useful.

    There should be an option to "Pin" activities in the activity feed of a contact/job.

    Activity feeds can fill up quick with hundreds of entries, such as general notes, tags, texts, calls, emails, etc. The default view is 5 items per page, which you can change up to 100 per page.
    Sometimes, very important information is entered into the activity feed, which can easily be missed within all the other entries or take a ton of time to scan through to find.

    Pinning activities would allow important entires to be pinned at the very top of the activity feed for all to see at a quick glance anytime they load a contact page. Anyone who loads the contact page can be brought up to speed on something instantly.

    Maybe its an important email, voicemail, text, or just an important announcement, alert, etc, pertaining to the contact that you can broadcast to anyone who loads the contact.

    I think this would be an extremely beneficial feature for everyone who uses Job Nimbus, and simple enough to have implemented relatively quickly.

    I made some quick mockup screenshots of the feature to give a visual idea of what it could look like.

    **Note: Apparently there has been a similar idea posted already, but I wanted to post mine also since I was more descriptive. Additionally, I have two pictures attached of some mockups of what the idea could look like, which I think is critical when trying to get others on board with your idea. Some people are visual people. The other idea does not have this.
