An error occurred while saving the comment Would love if the email could save as a draft until I'm fully ready to send. Sometimes I need to get an additional attachment to upload or need more info, but email is fully drafted.
When searching for clients, you can use the phone number, email, or name. You can never search by the Claim number. When adjusters call, they sometimes only refer to the claim number and not the insureds name. It would make it easier to type that in and find who they are calling about. Or when an email comes through and there is no name in that email, just the claim #.
