    Referrals from adjusters that want to be included in the text so they are needing to send texts outside of engage now

    Would like to be able to change fonts, colors, and placement of customer & company information on the cover page. Wants to add their company address to the cover page but also keep the customers information as well

    ability to add data from different types of reports into one report. Such as combining invoice reports, work order reports, etc.
