I posted a comment on another thread about making photo editing available on the desktop app, more related to marking up photos. It was a lengthy comment, but this rotating, cropping, etc.... post is part of my marking up as well. To say you don't have plans for this and don't have any of it in the desktop version, when you already have some of it the mobile app, doesn't make sense. I don't think JN realizes how many of us desperately NEED these photo editing abilities on on both the mobile and desktop app. And, just because it isn't noted in feedback, doesn't mean it isn't a big problem. I'm guessing that if you took a poll of all your users and asked how important it is to their workflow, most would say either important or critical. For me, it is critical. Please revisit this with R&D. If it is on the mobile app, it should also be on the desktop app. As with my other comment, I can't fathom taking 100+ photos in the field and then spending another hour on my phone (sitting in my truck with it running and using up gas or standing out in the heat of Texas), with tiny print using my fingertips, trying to edit, mark up, crop and rotate my photos one by one. And it's not like these tools aren't already built for an app designer to drop and drag into the software. Why would this be delayed being added to the desktop version?

This is SO important for most of us in the field who do a lot of tedious work back in the office. I do all the inspections for several clients and then write the estimates, and send estimates to customers and/or insurance companies. Before I send any photos, I usually mark up the photos. Because this tool is not in the desktop app, I have to use another app (I use Company Cam) to do that, then upload those photos to Job Nimbus. And, to integrate Company Cam you have to have PAID account. MOST people in the field I know who mark up photos use Company Cam. So, without a paid acct with Company Cam, I have to take photos from JN (or Company Cam), mark them up in Company Cam, download them to my desktop, then upload them to JN. I don't have time to mark up 100 photos on site nor do I want to when I am sitting in my truck after an inspection. It's time consuming as it is when doing it from a desktop, not to mention a phone. JN has everything I need for roofing, except that ONE feature. From a business standpoint, anyone who is paying for a Company Cam acct could save that fee (min $52 per month - just to integrate to JN, for this issue) and use that to add services with JN (hint hint!). That's a LOT of business you are missing out on, not to mention making it much easier on this end and making the end user more loyal to your product.
