Currently, when a project manager creates a job they must go in and manually assign myself, our operations manager, and our owner to all new jobs. As we move into busy season, this step is frequently skipped and the project manager must be reminded to properly assign the job.
Having an automation to assign the job to multiple people upon creation of each job would save time and reduce delays as all necessary team members would be assigned from the start of the project.
