    When you build a box to capture data, you should be able to search that data. Good example, search for phone number. You get a call from a third party adj, I could quickly see if I have worked with he or she before.

    Yes, very needed. I have a simple work around but it takes entering the claim number twice.
    You can put the claim number in the description box, it's searchable.
