    As a user of JobNimbus over past 3+ years with 3 different companies unrelated to each other - one thing that has been consistent amongst all 3 companies is that Claim numbers have been a vital aspect of how we track and locate our customers. With JobNimbus, we are able to create a custom field for 'Claim Number' which is great for documentation purposes, but it is virtually useless being that custom fields are unsearchable and do not populate in the search bar. Yes, pulling a contact report and filtering the claim number is away that we can locate a contact based off of this field, but this method is time consuming and unrealistic in this industry.

    I believe that if a survey was generated to find out how many JobNimbus users have created a custom field to store their claim numbers - the results would speak for themselves.

    Please take this request into consideration, as it would be a reassurance that our company has made the right choice in choosing JobNimbus as our CRM platform.
