    You should be able to make customizable names within the groups function & @salesteam, if not everyone would need to work off the same email, the fact the the groups function was designed without such a basic idea such as that is mind blowing, how are we to collaborate? @ ten different people every time we need to get a teams attention?

    How is this not already a thing. Like you could have it so you can attach documents like brochures. marketing materials to send. Could pull them from the documents tab
