    Add option to create a default format for display names such as "[Job Number]-[Customer Name]" such as "123 John Smith".

  2. Salesperson Activity Visibility

    Nice to have a view of sales person activity based on recent documents added, notes or w/e else the sales person does and get an overview on. Customer would like to be able to pull a report that can show "SalesPerson 1 did _____" on a granular or quick glance level.

    Include the ability for customer to select a default tab between "Shared" and "My" tabs so SumoQuote will always default to that selected tab.

    The markup column in invoice reports currently gives a percentage, not a total dollars amount. at the moment the best workaround is to export the report and run a calculation

  10. Insights Columns match Exported Data

    As I can modify which columns I can view within the Insights page (i.e. remove "Lead Source" or swap "Close Rate" and "Lead Count", etc.), I would like these changes to also reflect on the report that I export when I download the data.

  11. General Address book within JobNimbus

    A lot of contractors work with subcontractors and they fill the labor portion of the job. If you are just working inside of the main contact window in the activity log and want to send an email to a subcontractor through the work order, it becomes tedious. Have the subcontractors email pre-populated, from a centralized address book separate from the being connected to the work order or have to key it in. There is room for error.   15. Be able to flip through Documents Like Photos

    If we could flip through documents the same way that we can with photos, that would be a huge time saver when i am building budgets and closing out jobs. I would save at least 5 minutes per job, which would save me about an hour per week.

  17. Input fields in Documents

    As a logo who does work with insurance work as well as residential work, I would like to be able to put custom input fields in the document builder, such as signature, date, and text, so that insurance claims can be digital, rather than having to sign with paper or use a program such as Docusign.

    Customer notes that it would be hugely beneficial if when the line item sync is enabled between SQ & JN, that when a signed quote is received into JobNimbus, that an invoice be automatically created

  20. Remove Job Photo

    We need the ability to remove the job photo after is has been set. It currently only allows you to change the photo to a different one.
