  2. Automation Delineated by Document Type Signed

    Run automations depending on what document type is signed. Use cases:

    1. Move status to "Signed" when "Contract" document type is fully signed.
      • Alert Accounting
      • Alert Sales rep with Zapier Automation
      • Alert Sub with Make.com Automation
    2. Generate webhook for Zapier/Make/N8N when a change order is signed alerting all parties to halt and pivot.
    3. When Media Release is signed, Add call task for Rep to perform.
    4. When employee offer letter is signed, add them to JobNimbus, Google Workspace, Trainual with Zapier/Make/N8N

    Right now, you can get a notification that a document is signed, but we can't automate around the document type or…

  4. NSE PDF's to be fillable

    It would be great if the PDF's we insert into the New Sales Experience Estimates were fillable by the customer. Or at least if when we do a custom PDF page and insert a fillable PDF that ability would transfer to the version that sends.

  5. Expired Links: Should not Resend Emails for Signed Estimates

    The new feature that resends estimates if the expired link is clicked on should be updated such that it does not resend if the estimate has been signed.

  7. NSE One Page Quotes

    We liked the legacy estimates because we were able to get our logo, the estimate information, and the customer signature all on one page. With the New Sales Experience, our logo goes on the cover page with some other stuff, the line items go on the Estimate Details Page, and the customer's signature goes on the Authorization Page. As a PDF, the new estimates are nice, but we operate in a rural area with lots of clients who prefer physical copies.   9. SQ and JN Control What Happens when an Estimate Link Expires

    In addition to the timeframe for expiration. It would be much better if we had control over IF the link should re-send. If our pricing is time-sensitive, why would we want it to resend at all after expiration?

  10. NSE EagleView Order Activity Notifications

    With the way NSE EagleView orders work, there is no activity posted to the job to show it was ordered or when it is completed. It also does not notify the person who ordered it unless you add your email at the end of the process. Should be able to have the sales rep/estimator notified automatically.

  11. Add Subcontractor as recipients to task (New Jobs Shell)

    Need the ability to add subcontractors as recipients on a task from the job in the New Jobs Shell. Currently can only add them from the calendar. This creates more work for us.

  12. Upcoming Custom Invoice Due Dates in Accounts Receivable

    We would like the Insights Accounts Receivable report to display upcoming and overdue payment installments based on each payment date within a job’s invoice, rather than only the final payment due date. This would make it easier to track split or custom payment schedules, improving accuracy and record keeping.

  17. Make related contact pinned to top of side bar on V3

    It is a bit frustrating to have to scroll down on the side bar (under the new photo) to find related contact. Would be nice to be able to re-arrange the order of the tiles on the right

  20. JobNimbus Jobs V2

    JobNimbus Jobs V2 should have it's own category within User Voice in order for users to easily find and support the things that don't work and features remove unnecessarily that make more work. Change is always going to take getting used to but when things don't work at all or make work more difficult there needs to be an easy way for user's to voice there concerns and feel assured the feedback is being monitored.
