Clicking on App Note Notifications Should Redirect to related Job
When we click on notifications about being mentioned on a note it just brings up the note and no way to see which job it's related to. It should take us to the note within the job activity and should let us reply or comment on the note to use it for communication.

Profit Tracker would be much more useful if the header or banner at the top were fixed in place so it remains visible no matter how far down the screen you scroll.

Customize Document Email Title
Would love to be able to edit the document email title so that it doesn't default to document, and is catered to the particular document that we are sending to our customers. Having the default document title causes confusion to our customers.

During the course of a job we can provide a credit to a homeowner and we need a place to be able to include that to reduce the cost or be able to just enter the final total quickly without a fuss to have an accurate total of the project. Currently we have to get a new signature from a HO for a total but that causes a lot of problems. The old budgets tab was much easier to work through and the profit tracker still feels extremely clunky.1 vote -

Profit Trackers currently have no option to print a copy that can be reviewed during meetings or cleanly attached to a paper file. We also need a place to be able to update the actual total of the job.

Reassigning Sales Rep to Tasks when Sales Rep in changed on the job record
We will sometimes have to change the sales rep on a job, if a task is already created with the previous sales rep, it does not automatically reassign the Sales Rep to Tasks when Sales Rep is changed on the job record, we would love for the system to do that.

Converting Estimate to Material Order Should Exclude Labor Items
Right now, if I have an estimate that contains Labor items and Material items, and I convert it to a material order, it will have both sets of items. It would be better and more efficient if the system just didn't pull in those Labor items. The fact that it's a material order should mean it only pulls Material.

It would be great to have ability to flag or mark call logs unread for the AI feature so that we can go back to specific ones later.

Save data when converting to a new Invoice Template
When I convert an estimate to an invoice template, and then choose to change the template for the invoice, all of the cost information is lost. The new template should preserve the cost changing all other fields of the template, but keep the cost information creating less work for me.
