Would like for custom job text fields to automatically populate with certain info. Like being able to populate a sales rep phone number field with a team members phone number.

Default sales rep
Would like a setting to control what default sales rep is selected to be assigned to a job when creating a job. Currently it leaves the sales rep field blank

Insights Sold Status Perimeters
Have Estimate update "sold" status by signed and approved in Insights. Although my job hit a "sold" stage within insights in 2025, I want the job to update within insights "sold" data when the estimate is signed and approved.

formula fields
I would like to add fields that are formulas. For example, a checkbox that is checked when another field is a certain value, or a date field that turns red if its within a certain number of days from today, etc.

Sales rep info on estimates
The ability to display sales rep name as well as email and phone number on the estimate title page. ideally, we would also like to see additional fields for this area to enter on the title page.

A Maintenance Subscription Service
We do a lot of roof and gutter maintenance and have figured out a way within QuickBooks to bill our customers on a month - to -month basis for maintenance vs construction/full rebuild. It would be awesome to have this service in JobNimbus where a maintenance service is set up instead of the normal Estimating, etc process.

Sales rep field
Would like the Sales rep field on jobs to be able to assign multiple sales reps on a job, or even a 'Lead Sales rep' so they can still track conversion rates for jobs that are sold by sales reps working together

Edit Recent notes for task on Calendar
Why do engage messages show up on the recent notes? Can we get a way to change "recent notes"? Engage messages take priority when critical job notes should take priority instead.
