Would like to automatically calculate quantities of different materials for a product without an integrated supplier. using a PVC window surround example, he explained needing different lengths of various PVC board types (1x4, 1x6, and crown) cut from 18-foot lengths for multiple windows. Basically would like the system to bundle multiple materials into a single product with automatic quantity calculations.

Ability to add multiple estimates to create a Work Order.
This can cause confusion if there are multiple approved estimates, as we have to provide separate Work Orders for one project, or take the time to manually enter anything from a secondary or tertiary etc.

Fill NSE Estimate Cover with Single Names
Currently, NSE Estimates require that the contact has a First and Last name to use those names on the estimate cover page. Otherwise, it fills in the Job Name. However, some users work with entities and not people, so the ability to use a singular entity name would be great. That way, we can avoid an arbitrary name split to satisfy the First/Last requirement.

Format the customer information that appears on an estimate cover page
Please let us be able to format the customer phone number on the cover page of an estimate. We have a dyslexic employee that struggles to read the phone number without the dashes

When clicking reply from the the activity page to an email, change the formatting of the the email. It looks unprofessional.
Please make the email view look normal. It looks bad with the quotations and the strange spacing.
