I am a former Job Progress/Leap customer. They had this feature, and it was extremely helpful for the entire team; and it seems simple to integrate into JN.

On the top bar menu, there is a "recent" tab and when you hover over it, it shows the 10 most recent jobs/customers that you have viewed. This makes it very easy to go back to customers you were just looking at. Because as of now, in Jobnimbus you have to manually type and search for that same job every time you want to see it again. Even if you JUST searched for it 5 minutes ago. Another alternative to this feature would be to have a simple search history that shows the top 5 or so most recent searches. (like most CRMs and softwares have).
