Currently, if a sales rep has access to create/edit new estimates, that means that the also have access to CHANGE the entire price book of your company. This is a huge security risk. I need my sales reps to type up the proposals, but NOT have the authority to alter important financial items in Jobnimbus, like the price book.
Where it stands now, any sales rep can go in and increase all pricing by 50% just at will. I have hundreds of line items, and do not have the bandwidth to audit each line on a weekly basis to try and catch that. Or, a disgruntled rep can lower our pricing, then quit, and ***** us over financially. This can go wrong in several different ways, and frankly, I am shocked that JN has it set up this way without being stuck in litigation from their customers yet.

Currently, Estimates do not show any page numbers on them. You can technically create custom sales PDFs, and manually put a page number on it, but it would be useless because not all estimates are the same number of pages. Depending on how you fill out the products/services portion and also the quantity of photos; our normal estimates can range from 20-40 pages.
Similarly, no photos are automatically labeled as "photo 1, 2, 3, etc.". We were a previous Leap and SalesPro customer, and they have the functionality to show both page numbers and photo numbers. See attached.
As you can imagine, its very hard to tell a customer to reference a specific repair and photo on a 40+ page report, if there are no page numbers or photo numbers.
Simple request: please allow a feature to automatically show a page number on the bottom corner of the page; as well as a number to each photo.
Thanks!
