Only See Assigned Work Orders
I sometimes have large teams working on jobs where there are work orders for each person. I need the work orders to be private to the individuals except for management. If it worked like the Full/Limited Access in Access Profiles, that would be great.

It would be nice if you could pull past data that no longer hits the criteria in a filter for accounts receivable. For example, to see what accounts receivable are for a specific time frame.

The ability to choose what contact is associated with a number on Engage
We sometimes have deleted contacts with the same phone number as current ones. Engage just relates a conversation to the most recently created contact whether it's been deleted or not.
We don't want a deleted contact to be related to a conversation.1 vote -

Default Mention/Tagging/Notification for Activity
Our supervisor wants to be notified every time we do something in the system, so we have been using @mentions. They want to see the notifications in real-time, so an activity report doesn't really work for what they want. It would be useful to set a default mention or default notification whenever there is team activity that the system logs. And if it could be set to certain activities or activity types.

Clarity on Deactivating Users vs Removing Seats
Please make it more clear when deactivating users that it does not directly influence the seats that are paid for. We removed some users but didn't realize that the seats were not affected.
