  1. Turn off signature needed button on document templates

    Would like the ability to create a Certificate of Completion and be able to turn off the signature needed button. We don't need a signature from the customer, we just need the document under certain jobs.

  3. Add create Contact - full details

    I can no longer create a contact from the home screen. The "Create +" button only allows a Job or Task to be created now, so I have to begin to create a Job, get Name & phone number, create from that, then go back into the search bar, type in their name and go to their profile, and then I can go on creating the contact from there. There is a drop-down feature that allows me to add in more detailed information, but not everything we need including class, lead status, etc. It is an extra step, and messes…

  6. SQ - Stop multiple Quotes being sent when customer opens or clicks into the quote

    We have customers who are not tech savy and when then click into a quote and receive another, they are calling in confused. We need a way to stop multiple Quotes being sent when customer opens or clicks into the quote after it has been signed.

  10. Option to Manually Update Key Dates for Stages

    User would like to be able to manually adjust the key dates on jobs if they accidentally moved them into a different status with their automations. For example, if they needed to add/update an estimate to adjust for the cost of the job and it triggered an automation to move the status of the job from closed to sold, he needs to be able set the date for the original date again

  14. Custom Push Notifications iOS

    On iOS, we would like to have the ability to customize the notification messages that go out. Task Assignments, for example, show who assigned and that it was a task, then show the 1st line in the description and the task type. A way to change that formatting would be fantastic.

  16. Ability to see if other users are online in a Contact/Job

    Would like for the color on a Contact to change (to red for example) so other users are aware if recent changes have been made and they need to refresh their page

  17. Signing Contracts are too case sensetive

    Customer's struggle to sign sometimes. Likely there is a space before or after their name or their didn't use capital letters. Not allowing a contract to be signed if the customer accidentally put a space after their name is ridiculous.
    See photo for reference. Customers get confused since it looks like it matches exactly.
    Let's just adjust it so it's not so sensetive and more customers can easily sign the contract.
