Service fee notice on payments pop up
When clients submit a payment through GPI, it would be helpful to have a pop up that advises the payee that there is a service charge. Some clients have complained that they did not see the service charge being added. The service is fee is there, but it is sometimes hard to see.

Sign up for ACH and Credit Card at the same time with GlobalPayments
When I signed up for GlobalPayments I had to apply for credit card processing first then ACH later. It would have been nice to do both at the same time.

Global Payments- enable customer fee option to charge customer.
At this time with Global Payments, selecting the option to have the customer pay the fees, does not appear to work. Customer tested this by sending himself an invoice and when he tried to pay it, there was no charge to him for the fee even though he selected this option when setting up the integration.

Estimate shows Surcharge fee as well.
The ability to view the surcharge fee on the estimates as well as the invoices for consistent estimating and customer information.

Utilize WePay to collect deposits on contracts
It would be nice if a clickable link could be added to contracts to collect a deposit using the WePay integration similar to the one added to a invoice when the WePay integration is used. Maybe have the option to setup a set deposit percentage?

Integrate with ABC Supply
JN integrated with Beacon, but we need an integration with ABC Supply. Would be nice to get real time pricing in JN so we don't have to manually change everything when we get price increases.

Get live pricing for accurate estimating and direct ording all through JobNimbus.
Navigate to Settings > Intagrations> Supplier> sign into ABC

It would be nice not to have to use the eagleview app or have to do it from the desktop app.

Other Credit Card Processors (other than WePay)
JobNimbus should integrate with other Credit Card Processors other than WePay, which is super expensive and you can't even process cards manually by typing in the card details. Please integrate with great processors like FattMerchant!!

Turn off cost sync for product if not needed in QuickBooks
Please add the option to a future update of JobNimbus to allow you to turn off cost sync for the products if you do not need it in QuickBooks.
Upgrading to Pro is another $500/year for QB and i really don't need that function except to keep my costing numbers from zeroing out whenever things sync up.

Other payment integration options besides WePay
Our photo station business was determined to be a "high risk" business and after one successful payment transfer we were told they could not longer service us. We picked JobNimbus because of the payment integration and are now left trying to decide if we keep JobNimbus.

Price List Integration with Major Supply Companies for Material Orders
Having to manually input products and current prices in a market with constant changing prices is cumbersome and time consuming for creating estimates and material orders. When looking for CRM solutions for our company, one of the feature benefits other competitive CRM providers offered was supplier pricelist integration (i.e. ABC Supply Co., WestEnd, etc.). This would lift a huge burden of having to continually cross reference correct current pricing.
34 votesWe are now integrated with the top 3 major suppliers: ABC Supply, QXO (formerly Beacon Building Products), and SRS Distribution.
Through these integrations, you can now pull in live pricing for all the products you order from these three suppliers and submit your orders directly to them digitally.
