toggle between the material, labor and material labor to change them to accommodate our business.
1 voteThere is a dropdown menu when editing or adding new products that allows you to toggle if you want that product to include Labor+Material, Material, or Labor. If this doesn’t fit your needs, could you provide more specifics on what you’re looking for?

Add columns in products and services list in settings
Allow me to see prices in the list of products and services in the settings.

The ability to add sales reps who do NOT need to access JN
We have reps who do not use JobNimbus, so we don't want to pay a monthly fee to give them an access profile. But we still need to be able to assign jobs to them for our own records/tracking/etc. So it would very helpful if there was a way to have them as a contact who we can assign to a job/customer, rather than having a sales rep list only populated from our access profiles.
3 votesYou can add these reps under a Contact Type marked as “subcontractor”. You can call it “Sales Reps” or whatever you need, but they will then you can assign them jobs.
This won’t, however, integrate with the Pipeline reports as that is part of the benefit of having these users in the system as users.

Way for one team member to be assigned to multiple locations
It would be nice to have a way to assign 1 team member to multiple locations. Lets say a traveling team member that specializes in large projects in multiple cities.
1 voteThe location you set for each team member is just the “default” location for when they’re creating a Contact or Job, but the actual location is set at the Contact and Job level, so you can already have team members set to multiple locations by just assigning them contacts/jobs from other locations.

change order of workflow status
I created new statuses for workflow types and it would be handy to be able to reorder the statuses so when the status of the workorder is changed, the status options order makes sense. Instead of having completed at the top of the options be able to move it to the bottom and the ones I created moved up and in a order that makes sense.
1 voteAll you need to do is drag & drop the statuses to set them in the right order on the Workflow tab of your settings.

notes and attachments would display in reverse chronological order
It seems that most notes in the activity area and the display of the attachments is not in any particular order. It would be great to have the default be reverse chronological order with an option to display alphabetically.
1 voteAll notes, activity, attachments, etc. are sorted by Date Created with most recent at the top. If you have an example where this is not the case then please let us know and we’ll fix it!

Search and Sort for Products & Services
Currently there looks to be no way to sort or search the product and services. Makes it really hard see what is in there and make changes.

Easy differentiation between Labor & Materials (Products & Services)
Most jobs we bid as price of Labor + price of Materials. Our residential customers typically want to see both types of pricing related to the various Remodel Items we're bidding. Our current Microsoft Word/Excel model allows us to designate an item as Labor or as Materials. I have a possible solution for you all to consider. Please respond if interested. THANKS!
