Limit access to all documents and photos
Ability to restrict access to all documents and photos. Currently, when you restrict access it only hides documents uploaded by JobNimbus. I don't want these team members to see any of the documents or photos when I pick no access.1 vote
Admin access should be controlled separately and not tied to giving someone "all access" to all jobs and contacts.1 vote

It would be great if we had the option to block the edit option from users under "Access Profiles". I want some specific users to have access to a specific contact/job, but I do not want them to be able to edit the contact/job.3 votes
Hide from List function on Lead Source
Apply the Hide from List function to the Lead Sources.
Reasoning behind it - Marketing would like to track lead source effectiveness so they don't want anyone who is manually entering data to select their specific Lead Sources.
Hidden from List would still need to be available to use through Zapier.

Database search for existing record.
With Access Profiles, give the ability to have a setting where limited access profile users can search data base and see minimal information to verify if a lead that they have contacted has been entered already int he system by another rep to avoid duplication of efforts.3 votes

View only access profile option
Add an option to create a view only access profile. Users that are assigned to this profile would be able to view the contacts/jobs assigned to them (limited access) but they wouldn't be able to edit the contact, change the status, add notes, documents, or photos. Create More Restrictive Access Profile
We would like our crew chiefs to have access to job records for a day, they would be assigned to the record. They would only have access to take pictures directly into the job record.
