A comment when completing a task
When one clicks on a task to mark it complete, it would be very useful if you would get a popup window with a Comments section, a Cancel button and an Accept button. It would be nice to collect final notes when closing the task and also provide the opportunity to cancel if you clicked the Completion checkbox by accident.

Definitely need to be able to cancel an appointment and add notes as to why. If you want to utilize automation for a follow-up following an appointment you need to be able to differentiate between a completed appointment and a canceled appointment. Canceling an appointment with a reason also gives you a nice record should he customer call wondering why you didn't show up. If you delete the appointment it's more work to add a note to the record or do a lot of research into the history of the contact to see that the appointment had been deleted.
