An error occurred while saving the comment Keith Kaan commentedIt would sure be nice if there was a MOVE TO JOB option for things like Estimates, Invoices, documents and Photos that were placed in a Contaact instead of a Job The drop down list would show existing jobs for the customer and the option to create a new job if the one you need to move it to doesn't exist.

We definitely understand the urgency here and apologize for the lost work and time. We’re looking into this, though we aren’t able to provide an estimate of when this would be available. We’ll keep you posted.

An error occurred while saving the comment Keith Kaan commentedWithout Task Dependencies it is difficult to look forward and get and idea of what and when tasks are scheduled. Keeping tracking of multiple jobs with may sequential tasks is all but impossible without task dependencies.
Each task would typically have a duration and a dependency connection to the previous task (or tasks). Usually the next task starts as soon as it's predecessor is complete, but one can slide it out and needed for rescheduling. All subsequent tasks would automatically move.
The start and stop date for a job, could be manually specified, but normally it is the start date of the first task and the calculated completion date of the last task that determines Job beginning and end times. Move a task and Job dates move as needed.
An error occurred while saving the comment Keith Kaan commentedI had experience with Wrike and one of the really nice features was the time based display. Besides being able to visualize all the pieces of a job, you could interactively move tasks around to affect start and stop dates or open a task for editing.

Great news! We are planning on adding Google Maps autocomplete functionality, so that whenever you create or edit a Job in JobNiimbus, as you begin to type the address the suggested Google Maps locations will appear below. This should greatly streamline the process of adding new leads and Jobs, and improve the accuracy of the data inputted as well.
An error occurred while saving the comment Keith Kaan commentedYou have to be a bit careful here and provide the option to override. In rural america, addresses are not always accurate or in the address database.

An error occurred while saving the comment Keith Kaan commentedI totally agree with Kevin on having tags for different record types. Tags for customers would be different from tags for Jobs, and Job tags would most likely be different from Task Tags.

An error occurred while saving the comment Keith Kaan commentedIn addition to sorting by tags, it would be very useful if automation rules could test for tags and when it creates things like tasks one should be able to assign an appropriate tag to the task being created.

An error occurred while saving the comment Keith Kaan commentedI have a task report that is grouped by the Job to which the task is assigned. However the report also show lots of jobs that show up that do not have any related items. I can't seem to filter them out.
Maybe impliment this as a drop down menu (Move To Job). It would be nice to move all financial data (Estimates, invoices, etc) to a job. Also move documents, and photos as well.
