One thing that would be nice is there is a box that pops up to the right when you compose a text that has the persons name and date the lead was created ,,, in that box it would be nice to see the date and time of the appointment and the product for that appointment to show up

Display Appointments for Sales People in Columns on the Calendar
It would be much easier to look at the calendar with multiple sales people's appointments on it if their appointment times for the day were all in one column. They seem to be randomly placed which makes it tougher to tell what the gaps are and is too easy to miss one

Convert Work Order to Task
Since Work Orders don't sync to Google Calendar, and we put most of our tasks there, we'd love to get a way to convert a work order to a task, using the Start/End date and time as the Task Start/End date and time. This way our field agents can use their existing Google Calendar to see the jobs they're scheduled for, instead of having to use both GC and the JobNimbus calendar.

Add a clickable link field
We would greatly benefit from a Field to paste a clickable link. We often utilize Google Drive or links back to other programs that we use internally, but right now we cannot add a clickable link.

GOOGLE TASKS SYNC TO JOBNIMBUS CALENDAR
Just like JobNimbus tasks pass to Google Calendar and post as a calendar event, the sync should receive tasks from Google Calendar/Tasks and pass them to JobNimbus calendar. This is HUGE. said in Trump voice

Ability To Set Group Managers as Assignee in Tasks
I would like to set a task of "Needs Manager Approval" that could be sent to the Group Manager of the salesman, of the job for which the task is being created.

Ability to hide future tasks/appointments on calendar
When organizing dispatching leads, at times we do not need sales staff to see how many appointments are in the future. It would be useful to be able to hide the future tasks and appointments.

Calendar Sharing
When it comes to the calendar in JobNimbus, it would be great to be able to have a sharing option of the JobNimbus Calendar. When you have appointment setters that are limited access, they cannot see any other calendar but their own. There should be a way to share a calendar for this purpose.

Verification Prompt for Calendar
It would be great if JobNimbus could add an option for a verification prompt whenever items are moved on the calendar given it is so easy to inadvertently do so on a touch screen while trying to scroll.

Removing ability to double book appointments/tasks
Would like the ability to block employees from booking appointments or tasks when there is a conflicting event on the schedule.
A toggle either turning it on or off would be the best option. Reoccurring/Multi day Tasks/Installations
Instead of ribbon at top of calendar, allow task to take up entire work day.
