Recurring Tasks/Events In Calendar
Trying to schedule a weekly business meeting that happens at the same time every Friday and I do not have the option to have this as a recurring or repeating event.

I don't want to have to train everyone how to use google calendar to sync with JN.. It would so much easier to have a repeat to add to our Calendars Per Employee :)

This seems like such a base level option - an update on when this might be added? The last admin thread response was nearly three years ago!

Reoccuring Tasks without having to link google calendar so that our team can use Job Nimbus like a calling CRM system

Any Update on if this was created?

Be able to repeat meetings/ appointments. Have a repeat-- drop down like Google Calendar for: Repeats weekly on ____ day, Monthly on ____ Day, annually on ____ day.
That way I don't have to manually input multiple repeat meetings

I would love if we could make reoccurring or repeating tasks on the calendar. Right now, we have to use Google sync for duplicate appointments and half the time it doesn't transfer to Job Nimbus correctly.

Hello, has the reoccurring event feature been added yet?

It would be really helpful if we could set up a recurring event, for meetings or different things that happen every week. It's a real pain to set it up every week.

By setting a daily routine doing the same tasks at the same time for a short amount of time period, we increase the likelihood of it getting done. The brain will adapt easier if its always done at the same time for the same amount of period. The ability to have task auto pupulated on the same days at the same time will help me out.

Just adding numbers to this thread. Really key feature for me in Google Calendar but don't want to create a new Calendar on my personal Google account just for JobNimbus.

Reoccurring tasks would be great since several of us manage other people. But, if that is a more difficult feat of programming than it seems like it should be, just having the ability to block off portions of the calendar department wide would be a nice stop gap while you are working on it,

Here too. Don't want to sync with Apple calendar. Trying to use only ONE calendar. Should be a pretty basic option. I guess for now have to set em up monthly.

Any updates on this? I see the original question and answer were posted in 2013. This seems like a basic option. Also, I can't see any of my team members events on the calendar through the app view, this makes the app useless from a mangers standpoint.

It would be wonderful to not add the same task every week manually.
I am adding this to wish list.

I would like this too! The whole idea of us having this system is to simplify things. We don't want to have to sync to Google.

Seriously, how is this not a thing? You said you were working on it when we signed up 3 or more years ago. Failing that, the ability to copy/duplicate an event would at least save some of the headache.
Google sync is not an acceptable solution.

This is pretty important. We need it to close of blocks of time to prevent scheduling of meetings. And for repeating office meetings.
Also, remember, many of us use Office365 or other calendaring solutions.

Scott is right, you'll have pages of the recurring tasks if you use Google Calendar. I'd recommend using the sync lightly, e.g. set your recurring task in your calendar for 4 times. When it expires, set it again.
