Home Tasks - Only showing incomplete

When on the home dashboard, the "My Tasks" section always shows up as "Both" complete and incomplete. Even if I click on it being incomplete, every time I go back to the home dashboard and it refreshes, it always shows both. I don't think it's helpful to see completed tasks first! Especially bc they are oldest tasks first.

    Try resaving your browser shortcut after you set it to incomplete only. I believe that worked for us when we had this problem for some staff but not all.
    You can also create a filtered report and make bookmark shortcut to that as a workaround.
