63 votesTasks is a great way to mitigate this situation, but we know that having a lightweight checklist would be a lot more convenient for something like this. It’s on our list! An error occurred while saving the comment Eva Anderson

commentedCame here to say this as well!
Or even if Live Links could be put into the Description field at the top.
 Or a pinned Note.
 Anything. Eva Anderson

93 votesGreat idea! Thank you for your suggestion. The “Description” field on Contacts and Jobs is sometimes used as a “permanent note” that always stays at the top, but your idea will be great to have alongside that to make notes more dynamic and useful. Eva Anderson

commentedWouldn't this be done by making ABC Apartments the Contact and each apartment it's own Job under that Contact?

182 votesGood news! We are planning to improve this functionality in an upcoming release. Phone numbers (and other contact information) from the related Contacts will be displayed prominently on the Job view screen. This will mean you no longer have to click into the Contact from the Job to find the phone number or email address. We expect this update to release in the next 30 days. commentedThis drives me absolutely crazy as well!
We have worked around this - kind of - by creating custom fields on the Job workflows for Primary Phone and Primary Email but it is not ideal by a longshot. Eva Anderson

commentedYou can sort by any column(s) by clicking on the column headers.
An up-arrow showing in the header means that column is sorting A to Z or Oldest to Newest.
A down-arrow showing in the header means that column is sorting Z to A or Newest to Oldest.
No arrow in the header mean the list is not using that column to sort.
If you to sort by multiple headers click through the headers til they all show NO arrows, then click on the headers in the order you want them to sort. (i.e. Click the Due Date header once to show an up-arrow so they entire list is sorted by oldest past due date to furthest future due date, then click the Title column header once to show an up-arrow so that with each date the task types will be lumped together in A-Z order.
