Add Sales Rep Phone number in Email Template

When creating automated email templates. You can add the contact sales rep at the bottom for a signature. You can not add their phone number though. Please add option for phone number.

    We found a work around but it is cumbersome. We created custom fields for Rep Name, Rep Photo and Rep Cell Phone. We embed them into all of our templates. We had help from the Customer Service reps.

    Hi Craig, There is a way to add the sales rep to an email template. I just figured this out the other day.
    I'm sure if you chatted with tech support they could walk you through it. Hope this helps!
