    Thanks for the suggestion!

    In the meantime, you should be able to create custom Contact fields (or Job fields if you have Jobs enabled) for “Supplier” and other fields you want to appear on the Material Order and then have them inserted into the Material Order templates upon creation.

    Hi Craig, There is a way to add the sales rep to an email template. I just figured this out the other day.
    I'm sure if you chatted with tech support they could walk you through it. Hope this helps!

    Great idea! Thank you for your suggestion.

    The “Description” field on Contacts and Jobs is sometimes used as a “permanent note” that always stays at the top, but your idea will be great to have alongside that to make notes more dynamic and useful.

    Have the ability to mark a note or activity to pin so that the relevant information stays at the top of all the notes to help with customer experience and transfer of project between departments.
