    A built in option should be "not a customer or lead". That way you can use JN to keep other names like suppliers, crew bosses, painters,

    I think the entire database needs to have the address as the key field. Then you can hae multiple emails, the renter phone numbers. And THE ABILITY TO TELL WHICH EMAIL IS ABOUT WHICH ADDRESS. We have landlords who get ****** because they can't tell which email or text we send it about which property. This would solve multiple issues.

    We did this. But it is perilous because a sales rep could say something negative. I think this ability exists.

    When we send letters to customers, each has {rep photo}, {rep name} and {rep phone}. We bumped up against the {rep phone} character limit.

    This is a feature you should set up for all clients.
