    Currently, I put in all my tasks at 10 am if there is no specific time to do them. If I put them in for "tomorrow" my phone beeps at 11 pm and again at midnight reminding me it is time to start that task. Um No. I'm sleeping.

    We found a work around but it is cumbersome. We created custom fields for Rep Name, Rep Photo and Rep Cell Phone. We embed them into all of our templates. We had help from the Customer Service reps.

    I need to check old tasks. Occasionally, stuff slips off our radar. Particularly tasks that need doing AFTER the roof is built. Go install that skylight, gutters, etc. These are super difficult to track because JN assumes that the next step is billing,

    I want all tasks mapped so while we are in a certain neighborhood, we can stop and pick up a check, chat with the customer about a question, grab leftover materials. If I'm heading EAST today, I want to do ALL the tasks in the East.
