Filter/Edit Built-In Task Report on Dashboard (e.g. Task Type)
Our sales guys handle a LOT of customers. They get tons of phone calls every day to the office, which we then sort and assign as applicable. Lately, we've been finding it more effective to group the tasks by a few categories (lead, repair, schedule request, etc.) which makes it easier for the sales people to follow up. It is crazy overwhelming to just assign as tasks, however, since there is no sense of organization.
It would be amazing if we could add a section to the dashboard (exactly like My Tasks with ability to check off to complete) but sorted by Task Type! This way, the sales people could batch their tasks and organize them so they can deal with all the scheduling requests at one time, rather than jumping all around.
Even better, would be the ability to set which tasks they view on their mobile device so they can concentrate on field tasks there (appointments, meetings etc.) and we could create an "Important" type which might also show up with an alert. Then we could save the other, less pressing tasks for when they're back in the office.

The ability to add and remove fields (even custom fields) to My Tasks so they can be tailored and personalized a bit beyond what is possible now.

We would like appointments that are set to only show on the Calendar view. We are able to hide tasks from the calendar but not the task list.
