From the attachment you added, it appears that our reports would be able to get you most of this information and our support team can assist with setting that up.
The two things I saw noted that weren’t available right now were:
1. Colorizing certain items or dates that are past due (currently we support a Due Date that turns red when past due, but no other custom date fields)
2. Send email notification if date is past due (this is on our list, please add your vote for this feature here: https://jobnimbus.uservoice.com/forums/136212/suggestions/31133011)
