Keep previous estimate legacy template
In our modern age, customers do not want extra fluff and more pages to sift through when an estimate lands in their email. It needs to be basic and straight to the point. I constantly get emails and phone calls because people don't scroll far enough for their bottom line pricing. The new Estimate is rubbish and doesn't always work well. It's difficult to navigate on mobile for our estimators as well. It's too long with cover pages that no one cares about...talk about stepping back to 1990. Even trying to strip it down to resemble the old Legacy estimate (which was nearly perfect), it leaves much to be desired. Your support staff is less than helpful as well. Please just keep the old templates, they worked. Allow others to add whatever they want if it makes them happy but for us, it doesn't make our customers happy. Confused? Yes. Unimpressed? Definitely.
