Saved reports editing access for non-admin users
Within JN, you cannot edit/save in the built-in report system unless you have allowed access to Account Settings and Built-in Reports, or created the report as that user.
I need staff (admins, supervisors, and other team members) to be able to edit reports created by superiors, but I have ZERO desire for them to have Account Settings access.
There is an ability to give someone access to the built-in report system. Why would there also be another access for them to be able to edit/save reports, especially when that is tied to the entire Account Settings?

Customize Custom reports
Have more formatting tools to customize custom reports. I want to be able to highlight rows/columns and even color code the lists as well.

Lead Time Reporting
I would like to be able to generate a report that tracks the amount of time it takes for a contact/job to go thru a Workflow from Lead to Paid and Closed. That will allow us to track how quickly we can complete a job.

Filter invoice report by contact status
Create the ability to make a custom report for invoices with a filter for contact status so I can filter the contacts in that status to see amount paid, balance due, etc.

Status Report
We'd like a way to create a report that tells us all the jobs that were in a status during a particular time frame. Currently the only workaround to this issue is to create an activity report with parent workflow filters that tell you jobs that moved into the status during a time frame. Not all jobs in the status.

Free range reports
Be able to make any kind of customized report being able to include contact and job information. Including invoice amounts, Contact information, Job numbers, etc. Full free range of reports

Custom Report for both Contacts AND Jobs
I would like to create a custom report to be able to pull all our contacts AND jobs into an Excel spreadsheet with ALL the information we have gathered thus far. Currently, I have to download 2 reports, one for the contacts and one for the jobs. Then I have to figure out how to merge the two files into one.

Report Including Budget and Lead Sources
I need to generate a report in which I can cross reference different status with budget and lead sources.
Ideally I want to see how much revenue I generated for different status we have set up, specifically for each one of our sources.

Ability to limit access to custom reports.
Wants to ability to change the access to the custom reports so people are not able to view certain types of reports that are created.

Budget Report Filtered by Trades
We should be able to pull a budget (profitability report) filtered by the trade.
I don't have a way of seeing how my different trades are performing.

Include Activity in Contact Report
Would like to have the option when exporting Contact list into CSV to include activity for Contacts as well.

Job Report should include approved estimates
In the Job Report, you currently have the option to include the amount of the last estimate. However, that isn't necessarily helpful if the last estimate is not the one that was approved. You should be able to include the total of ALL approved estimates in order to get some perspective on the value of the project. Thanks

Ability to run Report on all jobs and how long they stayed in a certain status
For example: We want to know on average how long jobs are staying in QC Inspection status.
Right now, I can report on the jobs specifically in that status, but I want a way for even if they are not in the status currently.
Basically the length of time between status changes. (Which I know you can see when you go into a job's system activity - but I want to run a report on this).

More Bulk Edit Options for Reporting
Would like to bulk edit any type of information for a custom report. I.E., if doing a custom contact report. All of the fields that do not make a customer unique should be bulk editable. Currently you can edit the assignee, sales rep, status, and type of contact. But you can't edit bulk edit things like the location or the lead source.

Ability to Download all photos/documents without having to download per contact/job.
Is there any kind of script the developers can run to generate all documents and images and put them in a folder to be download where I can http or ftp them.

Commissions/Budget Report (Needs Column Customization Options)
I need the option to create a commissions report with options to customize columns, as I would with a contact report.
Currently, on the "commission" or "budget" reports, it does not allow me to add custom field options to identify who the lead setter was who sold the job and who the sales rep was that sold it. Additionally, the commissions report is lacking the back end calculation that the budget does as well.
We would like to streamline this process so that we can avoid human error.
