Copy/Paste function for contacts in emails to link to reviews
On email templates, we would like to have a feature where we can add a box for people to fill out a review, then we would like to allow the text in that box to auto-populate the review when they click on the review links.

Email Open tracker to help target active potential customers
You have email tracking (which I enjoy seeing who is hot) and It populates who has opened what emails and how many times. I would love a section or tab where we could see a cumulative list of opens and by who so we could contact people while they are very active. I think this would improve targeting our efforts incredibly. I would know who to call, when they are typically opening the emails so I would know what time of day or night to call. Is this something that is feasible?

Email hyperlink for team member to jump to specific contact page
When sending an email to our team members, allow a hyperlink to immediately send the team member to the specific contacts page in JobNimbus.

Able to send Subcontractor emails via Automations
Would like to see Subcontractors added as possible recipients for emails. We would like to be able to send them reminders of their assigned Tasks or Start Dates on Work Orders.

Formatting options for tasks, notes & emails
I'd like to be able to format the text on any task, note or email - the same way they let you do this in templates settings.
Why can't I edit font sizes in an email? Or worse, when I need to edit text from a template, my new font is default and the template might be different, and then I can't fix it within the platform...

Allow for work week automations
Would like the ability to have customer automation sent during the workweek. For example, if I send an estimate on Friday, the automated follow-up sends a request for an update on Sunday, rather than Monday.

Allow Seamless Sharing Between Contractors/Subs
My business consists of being a rainmaker for several roofing contractors. I would like to be able to share customer info, pictures, etc., with my contractor partners so I don't have to double entry on their JN accounts. If I take pics, enter a contact, or anything else, I would like to seamlessly send it to them so they can have all the same info on their end and we can communicate with notes, tasks, etc. The reason I need to have a profile on their accounts is that they can't get this to work on their end. Additional Template Fields
It would be helpful to be able to automatically enter a related contact name in the subject line of an email and also add the name and contact info of a related contact in the body of an email template.

External communications tab
Add a communications tab under each record to make it easier to look for customer interactions. Currently having it all in activity makes it hard to go through so much scrolling. A communications tab for all external communications would be great.

Enable notifications for customers when a split payment payment due date is approaching

Same email for multiple accounts
I have team members that have multiple JobNimbus accounts. We would like to be able to use their same email addresses for each one. Right now, you have to create a different email for each account. It would be nice to have one set email.
2 votesEmail is how our system recognized unique users. Changing this would be a very large project. For now, you can ad a +1 to an email to use the same inbox, but have different logins. For example, bob@company.com and bob+1@company.com

Removing tabs in the contact section
Removing the tabs - Documents, Photos, Financials, work orders, forms. For Jobnimbus users that have JOBS feature set up. These tabs in the contact section are creating a lot of problems as they should only be used in the JOBS feature for each job.
