Caller ID on Android
Caller ID was working on Android however stopped working some time ago after an update to Android. Please rebuild the feature to work on all Android devices.
20 votesJobNimbus Incoming Caller ID on Android is supported on all manufactures except for Samsung. As a result of repeated feedback from our Android users, we now plan to add support for Samsung devices. Development has not started, but we will begin researching the amount of effort for Samsung devices this week.
Samsung settings allow selection of a single installed application for both incoming caller ID and spam filtering. At this time, JobNimbus does not plan to support general spam filtering. Please contact us (reply to this email) if you have feedback regarding this upcoming feature for Samsung devices.

Sync Contacts with Phone Contact List
I think it would be great if there was an option to sync the Contacts I have in JobNimbus with my phone's Contact list.

PROPOSAL "VIEWED" & PROPOSAL "ACCEPTED" PUSH NOTIFICATIONS
Our previous CRM had the best feature and we miss it very badly and need it at Job Nimbus. When we email a proposal to a customer, change order, work order etc the second they open and view the proposal I and any team member assigned gets an IMMEDIATE push notification on our phones that says "Proposal Viewed" and then another one "Proposal Accepted". This automatically tells me 2 things
1) They for sure seen my proposal
2) Now I know I can follow up with them and see if they have any questions on the proposal I sent them…12 votesThis should be released on both iOS and Android by the end of October 2023.

Ability to use other calling apps with mobile app
Currently, the mobile app on android, defaults to the native calling app on your phone. If you have another calling app it does not seem to recognize that app even if you default it in your phone settings. It would be great to have this supported.

Hide archived jobs in the mobile app
Right now there's not a way to easily exclude archived jobs from appearing from the job list in the app. If a newer job has been archived, it appears on the list on the home screen and there's no way to change that. We'd like a box you can check or something that helps hide the archived jobs so we can keep the mobile app cleaner.

Use the same terminology in both the web and mobile app
Related contacts in the we are referred to as "link to" in the mobile when trying to add a related contact. The difference between the terminology is confusing. going from web to mobile and visa versa

Email from a Contact or Job Without An Email Address
Currently, if a contact or the primary contact of a job doesn't have an email address, the email option is not available on the mobile app. However, I sometimes want to email a subcontractor or other contact and have it recorded in the activity of the contact or job they're working on for me. Could we get the app set so that the email button is always available?

Mobile Map view feature: Ability to see tasks and work orders on the map
Very impressed by Job Nimbus. It's clearly built by people who know the roofing industry. There is one area that would greatly enhance a roofing company's ability to execute more promptly. Right now, you can only view Contacts on mobile version of maps which is great. The team in the field (using mobile version) would be helped to see work orders and tasks on a map view as well. Years ago, before we knew about Job Nimbus, we created a custom version of this "live field map" using Google Maps and Google Sheets and found incredible efficiencies when people could…

What the heck is wrong with reporting!
What is the deal with reporting and the sales dashboard? Knowing your numbers is a core function of a construction company. Custom report integration to the sales dashboard, I see demo's from your competitors and the functionality and accuracy is amazing. I have tried to escalate this issue with tech support and all I get is your trademark response
"Our developers are aware of the difficulties with the sales dashboard and are looking to improve that soon. However, we do not have an official release date."Why isn't this key function of your clients organization a priority?

Mapping to show the updated location of technicians while they are using the app? This could be a simple location ping when they change a status (on my way, or job complete).
