Signatures Directly on Document (not separate page)
On the old app, when you got a signature, it appears in the actual place that you place the signature field. It also updates the document and flags it as 'signed'. The new app (2.0), while they added the ability to take signatures, they place the signature on separate page and the document is not flagged as signed. This should not be an enhancement, but rather a bug fix. It should work like it did in the old app, which we are forced to continue using.
This is now out in a beta version of the app. We will be rolling this feature to our production version of the app in the next week or so.

Please make this a priority to add signatures!!! We have completed these templates to make it easier for our field reps but it doesn't put the signatures in the correct spot that we have it set up for. In order to do that we have to email it to them, and this is not very efficient when you are sitting in the home of a customer. Please make a priority. Thanks

Agreed- This is huge liability for restoration companies and contractors alike- If the signature is a second blank page, no one would ever agree to sign a carte blanche, and they could reasonably argue that they never signed the contract that we do have. Also so many of us work hard to have one-page contracts for that reason- everything is contained and clear. Adding an addendum defeats the whole purpose

I would like the in-person ipad 'stylus' signature capability restored. When a customer customer has trouble accessing their email or says they will check it later, it kills the momentum of the sales process for us. Some older folks have trouble accessing their email, remembering passwords, or don't even have smart phones. We get them paper copies of their documents once everything is signed, and the ability for them to sign with an apple pencil or stylus was perfect. Unfortunately, we now have a big problem to solve.

From 2015 to 2020 with the signature still showing on a separate page with mobile and no signature from a web. Just a date saying it was signed. It will take one bad lawsuit before jobnimbus is dragged in.

I already commented but I want to stress again that I think contracts with the signature in the right place should be the HIGHEST priority development item.

YES, YES, YES. Who designed it to do this? The signature needs to go on the contract or estimate, not on a blank sheet of paper at the end.

The signature line needs to be ON the Contract, not on a separate page. How would you prove that they signed the actual contract?

The ability to add a second signature line to documents for a sales rep or other internal employee to be able to sign alongside the owner.
