Why doesn't signature status update the estimate status?
If the signature status on an estimate is modified to fully signed, why would this not automatically update the estimate status to approved? That's the whole point of requesting a signature. This isn't even possible through an automation. The signature requests are clunky as is, but we require them on some jobs for liability reasons, but we have an automation that creates a task when the estimate is marked as approved but this doesn't happen if the signature status doesn't update the estimate status.

Sort Option for EVERY Section
Every section of JobNimbus should have the ability to sort by status. We run into this issue a lot where we're working with a customer (ex. a major builder account) with many jobs. To have the ability to look under Financials and sort by "Open" or "Sent" invoices would save a ton of time. But the same thing is true for estimates, work orders, etc. Sort by status.

Work Order conversion automations.
I want to be able to set up automations based on a work order being converted from a Work order to INVOICE.

Edit Saved Estimates as a Data Table
I feel like this entire process to create "Saved Estimates" should be under the template settings (as it's own tab since there's a lot and I already don't like how clustered all of the templates are).
I would like the ability to re-name the templates and/ or bulk edit fields as a table of data (like a content manager for a website - see attached for example)

Add a Project location column mainly for Budgets
We have property management companies, some with up to at least 50+ properties. I can't tell which budget goes with what project/property without opening each one up! Please add a column, like the Internal Notes maybe, where we can at least put each address of each project!!! Thank you.

Remove automatic highlight when clicking into estimate descriptions
When editing an estimate, if a line item description is clicked into it highlights the whole description body. It would be great to get rid of this functionality... There have been a few times where estimate descriptions have accidentally been deleted. Yes, I understand that 'ctrl-z' is a thing.

Ability to create Smart Estimates through Forms
It would be useful to have the ability to create a Smart Estimate based on a filled out form to help field reps quickly write out the estimate based on the check list they perform.

split terms for balance remaining
Currently, if you apply an payment to an invoice, and then try to set split terms for the remaining balance, it will not save the splits as you enter them. It will revert to its own percentages. This appears to be intended function since split terms were not set upfront. It would be nice to be able to split the remaining balance on invoices.

Multi-Location Estimate Gating
We would like to be able to restrict/assign which templates are available to which locations and/or groups. This would greatly benefit the scalability of the system without it being as cluttered as it is now.
