Bulk Price List Uploading
So, why doesn't JN have a place in settings to create and upload your price lists? We should be able to upload a bulk price list in settings and when you want to create an estimate in a job you can create templates there after you build an estimate, but your bulk price list would be in there already. Most programs have a bulk upload feature to build the price list with all your items first.
Right now I would have to individually upload 400 items then when the price changes on all those items each month (like it has…

Show amount due before invoice is created
Show balance due on job before invoice is created. If estimate is created and payments have been made and are in JN, why is there not somewhere that shows how much is still due from the customer? If a customer calls in and wants to know their remaining balance before we have finished their job (we invoice upon completion), I have to go to financials tab and use a calculator to find the difference between the estimate and the payments that have been made, even though the information is already in JN. Gating on which Products and Services go to QuickBooks
All Products and services in JobNimbus sync into QuickBooks. Many of these are used only for Material Orders which do not sync to QuickBooks therefore they are not needed or used in QuickBooks. Users should be able to select which products do or do not need to go to QuickBooks.

Customer can choose options before signing online
It would be very nice for a customer to be able to select options on an estimate online which would change the price to include the chosen options, and then be able to sign the estimate.

Create duplicate estimates for insurance purposes
When I create an estimate for insurance, I write an estimate and give it to the customer with only the total. But when I submit it to insurance they need to see the amounts of each line item. It would be nice to be able to create both the customer-facing and insurance-facing estimates at the same time, rather than needing to edit the original and give it a new template.

Section Descriptions
I would like to be able to add a section then have a place to describe the section if I wanted. Currently I add a line at the top of my estimates/Invoices and describe everything I am mentioning, but often that gets long.

ignore quick book errors
There should be a button that we can push to ignore certain quickbook syncing errors. There are some errors that you just can't get rid of regardless of what you do and there are glitches within JN that cause erroneous errors. We should have the option to ignore some of these as they do not go away regardless of what we do and they are false errors.
