  1. 💡Display Engage Texts in the Contact/Job Activity Feed💡

    It would be awesome if you could quickly see the text conversation natively in the Contact or Job (both preferably) without leaving the Job. Sending messages is still fine going to Engage but for our users that are not "Assigned" the conversation, it's very difficult to navigate to the Engage thread. Even just adding Search for Job Name or Customer Name would help.

    You can currently view outgoing Automated Texts in the Activity Feed using the Activity Drop Down menu to "Text Messages" but that does not include any manual sent/received texts.

  2. 🪲Bug/Issue with Markup calculation in Reports🪲

    I've stumbled across a bug where the markup calculation isn't able to generate because "Cost" and "Total/Revenue" are equal, despite cost being different in the estimate. After some research, the common denominator appears to be single line estimates where the Product has a UOM of "Item"

  3. Calendar is broken

    Can’t even find the right category to post my idea! :-)
    I would like a calendar with the option to hit enroute and then it would show on the calendar on my side in the office. They could also hit arrived and departed with other options also. And the calendar should go horizontally instead of vertical.
    I have not seen a better calendar than Successware, 21 provides. They are the best.
    I love the Job Nimbus project management portion Best of all for Job Nimbus.👍

  4. Catagorize departments in products

    I need my different categories, to be departmentalized, my repairs and Replacements should be in a separate department as well as siding so I can have a quick financial snapshot on which department is doing the best. We can departmentalize QuickBooks, but it does not work to departmentalize in JobNimbus that would make it so much easier and then push it to QuickBooks.

  6. Be able to change variations in a template.

  8. DESPERATELY NEEDED ADDITION TO THE PRODUCT CATALOG AND QUOTES FUNCTION

    Adding a section on each line item to add internal notes such as bulk cost breakdowns, part numbers, last time pricing was updated notes, etc. BuilderTrend has this functionality and it is so helpful in both the price catalog and when writing quotes.

  9. Products & Service supplier details

    For the materials, it would be awesome to have all the details about the products, including the ability to add photos to the product itself (not just the estimate, so it can be reused);

    Adding vendor contact/ order info, including hyperlinks to their websites so ordering materials is much faster with a few clicks.

    Adding internal notes for anything else, like last updated pricing, Part Numbers or things you just don't want the client to see.

  10. Gating on which Products and Services go to QuickBooks

    All Products and services in JobNimbus sync into QuickBooks. Many of these are used only for Material Orders which do not sync to QuickBooks therefore they are not needed or used in QuickBooks. Users should be able to select which products do or do not need to go to QuickBooks.

  11. Separate Products from Service, add variations with same unit of measure

    Be able to separate products from services to be able to select services from products. Also, have the ability to create a variation under existing product to specify different measurements for the same unit of measure. We have posts that are different lengths in feet.

  14. Internal Notes for Product Items

    Is there a way to make internal notes in the products and services cost catalog? I like to use it as a reference of when pricing was updated, part numbers on items quoted, and so on.

  15. Master Markup function to adjust pricing for all items at once.

    Today if we want to adjust our Profit Margin we have to click into every single item and adjust thousands of Markup percentages. It would be great to be able to adjust the entire catalog uniformly with one master entry.
