Ability to change stamp on invoices
Sometimes the "PAID" stamp on an invoice is not applicable, like when there are progress payments or if an invoice is cancelled. It would be nice to be able to toggle the stamp on or off on an invoice, or even have the ability to change it to another stamp. "DRAFT", "CURRENT", "CANCELLED", etc.

Smart Estimates/Material Orders
Auto populate certain information when a certain amount or product is selected as a line item. For example: You could plug in 30 squares of roof shingles and it would create the material order and it would say 90 bundles needed and 3 boxes of nails.

Have totals for multiple material orders displayed within financials
I would like to be able to view the total cost of multiple material orders made for a contact/job AND have that automatically applied to the budget.

Add more Budget Information to Work Orders
I would like to add a internal description box to the budget field for work orders. This field would be used as a way to distinguish which budget is being viewed without having to click the hyperlink to see it. Essentially like a summary/overview of the budget/ area to enter in notes about the budget internally, so that the PMs and Finance people can make communication easier between these two typically siloed departments.

Print Material Order from Edit page
Be able to print the material order from the "Edit" page and not from viewing/downloading PDF. Reason being is so that the pricing pulls into the printed version.

Budget Line items added in settings need to show in estimates.
Budget Line items added in settings need to show in estimates. If you add a line item within the Budget settings it will not show in the budget if you are converting an estimate. It also deletes and goes away if you create one manually and then decide to use an existing estimate.

the ability to send a work order the the person assigned
once the work order is created and assigned, I want a way to track its progress. Once the WO is sent, that said person can open up the project and change the STATUS to start. When finished with the service he can change the service STATUS to completed. This would be good work flow to track services.

Edit Column Names on Financials
It would be beneficial to have the option to edit the names of the columns on financial documents. We use hours instead of quantity & it'd be great to have the ability to change this.

Add option for SREC Collateral amount on estimates & invices
We need to be able to add an amount for SREC Collateral to an estimate total without it being part of the subtotal. This is similar to how to tax works except that it needs to be a input as a dollar amount that is determined by a formula, rather than a percentage.
