  1. Add an overall markup to the estimate cost

    I might be missing something, but the way it works now is to have a cost, then a price for each item, and the difference would be the markup. With this method, if our overhead changes, I would have to go through the whole products and services list, and increase the price for each item to compensate. If we could apply a markup directly to the total of the cost estimate, it would allow us to change the markup very easily on a job by job basis if we wanted too. Thanks

  2. Add/ Change an Invoice status name

    Would like to be able to change the preset invoices status. I would like it to say PAID instead of closed or even be able to add it as a status.

    it would be nice when in the financial tab under invoice to see below the invoice any payments & what the actual balance is without having to actually click into the invoice.

  6. Editable Approval Date for Estimates

    Having the ability to manually select an approval date. Currently when you approve an estimate, it automatically selects the date that the estimate was marked as approved. If a customer confirms the job as accepted on a Saturday, then the estimator won't mark it as approved until Monday. Considering that, the sale won't be applied until that workweek.

  8. Estimate Section Title Feedback

    In logos estimates logo uses the "section title" with a lot of verbiage. The verbiage use to go across the page. Now with the new section description when logo goes to view his past estimates the section title verbiage is off to the left hand side and is clumped together. It no longer goes across the page.

    Currently the way to fix this issue is to recreate all his estimate templates to include the new "show section description". He would like to be able to edit his current estimate template, to allow the "show section description".

  9. Deposits/Installments Based on Percentage

    When you create an invoice and accept a payment from the customer, you currently need to put in a dollar amount.

    It would be nice to have an option to use a percentage of the total for the deposit/installment.

  10. Bulk Price List Uploading

    So, why doesn't JN have a place in settings to create and upload your price lists? We should be able to upload a bulk price list in settings and when you want to create an estimate in a job you can create templates there after you build an estimate, but your bulk price list would be in there already. Most programs have a bulk upload feature to build the price list with all your items first.

  12. Ability to change stamp on invoices

    Sometimes the "PAID" stamp on an invoice is not applicable, like when there are progress payments or if an invoice is cancelled. It would be nice to be able to toggle the stamp on or off on an invoice, or even have the ability to change it to another stamp. "DRAFT", "CURRENT", "CANCELLED", etc.

  14. Edit Column Names on Financials

    It would be beneficial to have the option to edit the names of the columns on financial documents. We use hours instead of quantity & it'd be great to have the ability to change this.

  15. Move "Due Today" to the top of Split Estimates

    when you use the "Split invoice" option and save at the top of the invoice it says amount due to be the full amount of the invoice and only at the bottom does it tell you the "due today" amount. This is creating a lot of confusion to our customers.

    It would be better to show the amount due at the top to be the "Due Today" amount instead.

  16. Pagination to Count All Document Pages

    the ability to adjust the page sequence that shows up on documents that include an {{estimate}} short code; currently, the pagination only accounts for the number of pages in the estimate, which is very confusing to recipients who have a 5 page document (for example) but are only shown pages 1/3, 2/3, etc. in the middle of the document itself, rather than 1/5, 2/5, 3/5 on all pages.

  18. Notes for Invoices

    Why can't we add notes to invoices? Specifically for the ability to tag a team member and keep the conversation attached the relevant invoice instead of tagging on customer notes and sifting through random information.

  19. Price book

    I would like Job Nimbus to be the top of the line for the sales people to create an estimate that would show the option of financing included, showing payment option versus cash option.
    Also
    Why isn’t there an option to put in a third-party financing link to make it so much easier.? We go to an outside source anyway it would be nice if that option was also available inside JobNimbus
